Let's get back outside and run around in the fresh mountain air. Scraped knees are nothing a quick band-aid can't fix, and next time we'll watch our step, promise. Kick off those shoes or sandals and work on that tough summer skin, so even the most rugged terrain won't break our stride. And when it gets too hot, we'll dip into a cold stream nearby to feel the rushing water between our toes, while balancing on the uneven rocks below. We might as well look for bugs while we're standing in their habitat. Pick up sticks, real sticks (not that boring game that looks like colorful wooden spaghetti before it's cooked). Let's get our hands dirty and build something together like a shelter or a camoflauged fort.
