Bring Sunscreen.

Skies are partly cloudy this morning, and the mercury is already creeping into the mid-50s; we’re expecting today’s high somewhere around 75F. Ski or ride this morning on 16 trails with 2 lifts spinning to get you there. The Jet Triple is slated for a 9:00 AM start, with the Taxi Quad spinning starting at 8:30 AM. Last chair today will be at 4:00 PM. Snow conditions will be very soft and surf-like, and sounds like our Grooming fleet did minimal maintenance in the night, in an effort to protect our late-season snowpack.

With just shy of 500 inches of snow for the season, we are now one of only two resorts in Vermont still spinning the lifts seven days a week. And despite warm temps and the occasional sogginess, we expect to keep skiing and riding until May 7 (maybe even longer depending on if any of us up here are still standing and can turn on the lifts.)

End of season lift tickets are currently $35 for Juniors ages 6-18 and $49 for Adults ages 19+.

TRAM AND SPRING LIFT UPDATE: The Tram has closed for the winter season. The upgrade project is underway and the Tram is scheduled to re-open this summer. Stay tuned for video updates of the $5 million project throughout the spring. As for the rest of the lifts on Tramside......they're closed too. The Stateside area of the resort will remain open seven days a week until....well, until we're tired of skiing and riding.

Looking to stay with us? Spring lodging rates are $115 for 2 people and $135 for family of 4.These are valid April 27-29 and May 5-6. Give a call to our Reservations Team at 800-451-4449 to learn more.

Welcome to Jay Peak Real Estate

While epic snow and a laid-back vibe have long been Jay hallmarks, we've added a few new bonuses over the past few years. From the 18-hole Championship Golf Course to the Pump House Indoor Waterpark and the Ice Haus Indoor Arena to several new restaurants and cafes Jay has become a mountain with a little more for homeowners, which is probably why you ended up on the real estate page.

The Jay Peak real estate program works well because we build, manage and sell all of our own properties. Every home is full ownership and they range in size from 2 to 5 bedrooms. A high percentage of our properties are true ski-in/ski-out (no pushing home…we promise), and some are accessed by their own chairlift, an advantage during one of our regularly scheduled snowstorms. Whether you want a summer getaway, a winter crash pad, or both, we’ve got a property for you.

Our broker and agents are all Raised Jay. To that end, they're available just about any day of the week. Just be respectful of powder days.
