Current Weather

Tuesday December 1st, 2015 | Updated 3:14 pm

Though we are currently closed for midweek skiing & riding, it’s a balmy 20F at the base this morning and Snowmaking is in full force.

We will be making snow all week (weather & temps permitting), in effort to open more terrain for the coming weekend. The plan is to bury the Haynes and Mont L’Entrepide by EOD today, then come Wednesday, move to lower mountain terrain off of the Taxi Quad & Stateside Moving Carpet.

UPCOMING EVENTS: Join us in the Foeger Ballroom on Friday, December 11th for an evening with The John Kadlecik Band; the founding member of Dark Star Orchestra. Click HERE to learn more.

In case you're driving up here for the first time and plan on using a GPS, be sure to read this.

The rumors are true. Jay Peak is stepping up its freestyle front. Over the summer and fall, we met with Snow Park Technologies to develop and design new park layouts and updated features that will debut this winter. This is a huge win for all you park gypsies looking for a fresh set-up. Expect to see over twelve new signature features, custom built and specific to Jay Peak for a unique park experience filled with flavor. Through our new collaboration with SPT, your jibsticks will have plenty to bonk, slide and press this winter, so be prepared to bring your A-game.
