Half a Foot and Falling.
**The Green Mountain Flyer and Bonaventure Quad are currently on wind delay.**
Work will have to wait for tomorrow; tell your boss we said “sorry”. Over HALF A FOOT dropped overnight and more continues to fall now. Forecasts have us picking up another 2-3” between now and Friday morning, but with recent trends, that may turn into much more.
Grooming teams are on the hill now working all of this new snow into our regularly machined trails. There’s no doubt that today’s skiing and riding will be phenomenal. Stop reading this, pack your bags quick, and send it up to Jay Peak.
We hope to ski and ride today on 66 trails serviced by 7 of our 9 lifts. Upper mountain lifts are scheduled to spin at 9:00 AM and include: The Jet Triple and Bonaventure Quad. Lower mountain lifts are scheduled to spin at 8:30 AM and include: The Metro Quad, Taxi Quad, Village Double, and both Tramside and Stateside’s Moving Carpets. As always, last chair for all lifts is at 4:00 PM.
Just as an added bonus, for those of you who have friends who decide to choose other mountains as their go-to spot; we just pushed past 200" for the season. Let them know.
The Tram will be closed today for routine maintenance.
