Lodging

At Jay Peak, nearly all of our lodging is ski-in/ski-out, located near (or in some cases practically on) our championship golf course, and within walking distance of the Pump House Indoor Waterpark and Ice Haus Indoor Arena. Whether one of our Hotel suites, single-family homes, full range of condominiums, or townhouses, most of our lodging is within walking distance to a lift.

Hotel Jay & Conference Center

Choose from 176 accommodations ranging from 2 person king rooms to a wide selection of suites.

Tram Haus Lodge

A mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom, fully-appointed suites with locally made fixtures.

The Stateside Hotel and Baselodge

85 rooms of ski-in, ski-out access to Stateside and our most affordable on-mountain lodging.

The Golf & Mountain Cottages

The Golf & Mountain cottages are located between our Tramside and Stateside base lodges

Timberline Condominiums

The Timberline condos range from 1- to 3-bedrooms in size and larger units include 2 levels.

Clubhouse Suites

Clubhouse Suites include luxury 1- and 2-bedroom suites with beautiful views of the course and surrounding ranges.

North Village Condominiums & Townhomes

These privately owned units are ski-in, ski-out or just a short walk across the road from the trail.

South Village Condominiums & Townhomes

These privately owned units are ski-in, ski-out or just a short walk across the road from the trail.

Slopeside Condominiums

Located mostly on the Queen's Highway trail, these privately owned Slopeside condominiums have 2-bedrooms and one full bathroom.

Trailside Condominiums

The privately owned Trailside units are walking distance to all Tramside amenities and lifts.

Mountainside Condominium

Privately owned and an easy walk to the first tee, the Ice Haus, Hotel Jay and Pump House Indoor Waterpark.

Stoney Path Condominiums

This 2-bedroom unit is one of our more popular options for budget-conscious travelers.

CheckIng In & Out

Times

The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check into any accommodation at Jay Peak Resort.
Must present a valid driver's license or identification upon arrival
Check-in time for all properties is any time after 5pm.
Check-out time for all properties is 10am.
The above check-in/check-out times are for guests booking directly with Jay Peak either through our call center at (800) 451-4449 or online at jaypeakresort.com. If booking through any other site or service, your check-in/check-out times may vary, likely requiring a later check-in and earlier check-out.

Hotel Jay and Stateside Hotel Guests

Please check in at Hotel Jay Front Desk.

Tram Haus Lodge Guests

Please check in at the Hotel Jay Front Desk until December 10th.

Tram haus opens full time beginning December 10th. Guests lodging at Tram Haus can go directly there.

Timberline, Journey's End, Golf and Mountain, Clubhouse Suites Guests, Village, Slopeside, Stoney Path, and Trailside Condos.

Please check in at the Stateside Front Desk from Thursday at 10am through Sunday at 1pm.

Outside of those hours please check in at the Hotel Jay Front Desk.

Beginning on December 13th, Tramside Condos (Timberline, Journey's End, Golf and Mountain, Clubhouse Suites, POW) Check in at the Clubhouse.
Beginning on December 13th, Stateside Condos (Village, Stoney Path, Mountainside, and Trailside) will check in Stateside Hotel
