Partly Sunny.

Jay Peak is the place to be this week after getting pummelled by snow for the past month. The sun has been dipping in and out of the clouds today, but we think if keep your face pointed upwards, you may be able to pull a little goggle tan out of the day.

Groomed terrain this morning will be a nice loose granular consistency that you’ll definitely be able to sink an edge into. Glades may have seen a bit of a firming overnight from these cold temps, but later in the day, we may see just about everything soften up in the sun.

After a bunch of hard work, Lower Can-Am has been flattened out and is expected to open back up this morning. With the re-opening of this trail, we will be back to being 100% open.

Today, ski and ride on 78 trails serviced by all 9 of our lifts. Upper mountain lifts started to spin at 8:30 AM, just after lower mountain lifts started the day at 8:00 AM. As always, last chair for all lifts is at 4:00 PM.

All Mountain Clinics (Ages 13+)

NEVER STOP PROGRESSING

We've found that the best word to describe the type of terrain Jay offers is "ridiculous" and being blanketed with the most snow in the East makes it hard to match. Jay Peak offers everything from long blue cruisers and terrain parks for the whole family to a tree/glade network that ranges from introductory woods to some of the tightest, steepest tree runs you could ask for. With a mountain that boasts so many amazing terrain choices one can sometimes feel a little overwhelmed. Where do you do go? What do you expect? And most importantly, how do you navigate it? Jay Peak's coaches are here to help take the mystery out of your progression.
