Amenities
In our hearts, we're a ski hill and always will be. But, over the years, Jay has become so much more than just the best snow in the east. Our little big ski area has grown into a year-round resort with all of the amenities you'd expect from one, but that still feel distinctly Jay. Visit us and see for yourself.
Clips & Reels Climbing Gym and Movie Theatre
Opening December 2017
Located next to the Stateside Hotel
If all of the snow tumbling, waterpark sliding and ice skating wasn’t enough to keep everyone entertained (and properly exhausted,) this winter will see the opening of Clips and Reels. Located right across from the Stateside Hotel, Clips and Reels offers a 142-seat cinema draught house (READ: a place where you can watch a movie and drink a beer,) an arcade that skews toward the virtual reality world, and a Clip ‘n Climb facility that offers plenty of fun and challenging climbing elements. It’s best to book climbing times in advance online, and check out what the movie lineup might be during your stay.
The Mountain
If you've been to Jay Peak, you know our reputation is deserved—the most snow in eastern North America and a liberal in-bounds policy that ensures you can enjoy it. 78 trails, slopes and glades wait for you but the nooks and crannies are what really set Jay Peak apart.
Pump House Indoor Waterpark
Located in the hotel Jay
The Jay Peak Pump House indoor waterpark is a place for well-earned leisure. A place to experience the mountain when the mountain may have beaten you momentarily.
Ice Haus
Located on the Tram Side, Next to the Hotel Jay
With four locker rooms plus rental and repair space, the Ice Haus is a full-fledged NHL-sized ice skating arena located at the base of Jay Peak Resort. Whether you like your vacation with a healthy dose of stick-handling, sow-cowing or spectating, you’ll be able to dig an edge into Vermont’s best ice. The best part? It won’t be on the mountain.
Spa
Located in the Tram Haus Lodge
Big city spas focus on the aesthetic: a little pull, a big lift, a glossy makeover. At Jay Peak’s Taiga Spa, located on the second floor of the Tramhaus Lodge, we focus on looking and feeling better. It might mean facials, manicures and pedicures, but it will almost definitely include the hands-on massage treatment that cures the little reminders of your day’s adventures.
Nordic Center
Located on the Tram side
Jay Peak’s Nordic Center offers everything you need for a great day on the trails. Explore right from the clubhouse on nordic skis, in both classic and skate, or snowshoes in a peaceful setting.
Championship Golf Course
Located on the Tram side
At Jay Peak, the phrase “down to earth” means more than the friendly, casual attitude found in everyone who works at the course. It’s actually about the earth. It’s in the beautiful terrain, the natural waterways and the manicured greens. It’s the Northern Vermont woods and the wildlife that watches from within. It’s the little details and big ideas implemented by course designer Graham Cooke. At Jay Peak, your game is enhanced by all of this, whether you’re a PGA pro or a first time hack.
