These Relocation Vacation packages, with golf memberships and outdoor pool access (see below for details), are available in the Golf & Mountain and Timberline properties (1- and 2-bedroom units).

PACKAGES INCLUDE

Monthly Rentals:

One free golf membership for the Jay Peak Championship Golf Course valid during the month(s) of your stay.
A family pass for the month(s) of your stay for the in-ground, heated pool on Tramside. Based on availability; follow jaypeakresort.com/Hours for the pool schedule.

Seasonal Rentals:

Two golf memberships for the Jay Peak Championship Golf Course for the entire summer.
A family pass for the summer to the in-ground, heated pool on Tramside. Based on availability; follow jaypeakresort.com/Hours for the pool schedule.

We anticipate the Jay Peak Championship Golf Course will open Memorial Day Weekend. Pool access is based on availability and we expect the outdoor pool to open mid-June but might shift in or out based on weather.

For those working remotely (or those who just love streaming): high speed public WiFi with the option of hardwired access with a guest provided router for additional security.

THESE PACKAGES ARE A LITTLE DIFFERENT FROM OUR TRADITIONAL SHORTER STAYS SO PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

Properties include the Golf & Mountain Cottages and the Timberline Cottages or Condominiums and 1- and 2-bedroom units are avaialble.
Monthly rentals are available for any 30 day period May 12th, 2023 through October 10th, 2023.
Seasonal rentals run for 5 months from May 12th, 2023 through October 10th, 2023.
The payments for Seasonal Rentals will be broken up as follows:
- 50% of your reservation due at booking.
- Remaining 50% will be charged to your credit card on file on May 1st, 2023.
- If booking after May 1st, 2023 the entire payment will be due at reservation.
- Note: 9% tax only applies to the first month of your rental.
The payments for Monthly Rentals will be broken up as follows:
- Payment for the 1st month will be due at booking.
- Subsequent months will be charged to your credit card on file on the first of each month.
- Note: 9% tax only applies to the first month of your rental.
A continuous $500 damage deposit will be held on your credit card.
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are available through May 1st, 2023. After that date, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
If you are staying longer than one month, your room keys will be reset at the beginning of each month. Just stop in at at the Hotel Jay Front Desk on or after the first of each month to collect your new keys.
Weekly housekeeping service is not provided on monthly or seasonal rentals.
Max 4 people in a 1-bedroom cottage, max 6 people in a 2-bedroom cottage.
Pets are welcome in the cottages but please be aware that your unit will be reviewed post departure and in the case of damages or pet related wear and tear, your check-in deposit will cover repairs. We know most pets owners are responsible and careful when renting, this is just an added precaution.
Seasonal Rentals and rentals with pets: a $250 deep cleaning fee will be added at the end of your stay.
