Now that we’ve opened and are past the holidays and into some measure of normal operating routine, and for as happy as we are to have made it this far, we wanted to send up a signal to our Canadian family; there’s nothing normal or routine with you missing from the equation.  If there was ever a question about the style and flavor you add to who we’ve been and who we are, it was answered by your absence and we’re the worse for it.

Things will get better and we’ll see you again, but it’s worth mentioning that we miss seeing you here and look forward to when 2 hours away stops feeling like a million miles.
