DEAR JAY PEAKERS,

It goes without saying, but it won’t, that the reason we had a season this year lands squarely in the lap of our employee team here at the resort. Any note of thanks starts and ends with them and their ability to enforce stringent State of Vermont guidelines, keep each other safe and to consistently be delivering high touch service in the lowest touch universe we’ve ever seen.

Thereafter, our thanks connects to you. The skiers and riders who entrusted their safety, their vacations and their season to us. That support, which we both appreciated but also expected, has become par for the course here and it’s something we try to never take advantage of. I could go on, and have prior, but I’ll simply say thank you and that we will continue to try to run the business in a way that makes you want to return.  A space you feel a part of.  And a place you’re proud to tell people you support.

This was a difficult year for everyone, but we’re hoping it made us all a little more resilient, a little more appreciative of what we have, and thankful that a season poised to deflate, was full of everything we’ve come to love about working here and serving our guests.

We’re looking forward to next season already and hope to see you again soon.
