As the sun dips out of sight, enjoy the extended glow that lingers with long summer evenings into nights. With mountain views, firepits, and a patio menu that runs late, it’s the kind of spot made for winding down without rushing out. Grab a couch by the fire, settle in with a drink, and let the day taper off the right way.
We keep the lights on and the food coming ‘til 11pm on Saturdays, with live music and cocktails that don’t skimp. On other nights, the patio’s open ‘til 10—as long as The Foundry’s open, so are we.
