Well, This is Awkward-ish
We can't seem to find the experience you are looking for.
While most truths are obvious and self-evident, we wanted to take a moment and explain what you’re looking at, what it means, what it doesn’t mean and what you may be able to expect when you get here. Pictures and videos we post are snapshots in time. They capture a singular moment, usually something pretty singular, but a timely snapshot, nonetheless. You may find those exact conditions when you land and you may not. Lots of factors play into that reality ranging, broadly, from weather to weather. Lots of folks riding can also deteriorate conditions.
As well, your favoritest lift, be it the Tram, the Flyer or others, may be scheduled to run and, upon landing, you may find them not running. Lifts are marvels of technological machinery and, as such, are subject to entropy. Wind may prevent us from running them. Some technological snafu may cause them to go down from time to time. Or something altogether different may gum things up temporarily (knocking rime ice off cables is a less-than-favorite). Suffice to say we have plenty of people to run all of the lifts we can, the best lift mechanics known to humanity, and we schedule every lift to run every day. But sometimes, justifiable and, theoretically understandable situations, the inevitable even, prevent us from doing that. Our wind blows and it will prevent us from running, usually, the Tram and Flyer from time to time. We hope that doesn’t happen across your upcoming trip, but it’s best to gird yourself against that possibility.
Please read this and if you have questions about any of it, drop me a line directly and I’m happy to talk with you about it.
