JAY PEAK, Vt. (June 11, 2026) — Jay Peak Resort will kick off summer on Saturday, June 20 with two events that capture the season from opposite directions. Inside The Pump House Indoor Waterpark, The Warm Up debuts with games, contests, giveaways, FlowRider activities, tropical drink specials, and family-friendly programming. Outside, the resort's Third Annual Solstice Sessions event will see skiers and snowboarders riding a terrain park built from snow preserved from the winter season.
The Pump House Indoor Waterpark will operate from 10 AM to 6 PM, with official Warm Up activities running from noon to 4 PM. Guests can expect beach-themed contests, giveaways, tropical drink specials, hidden prizes, and plenty of waterpark-fueled summer energy.
Admission is $25 plus tax, which includes access to all Warm Up activities, one duck for the afternoon Duck Race, and a special event gift.
Surf Costume Contest | Begins at Noon | Arrive by 11:30 AM to Enter
Participants will take to the Double Barrel FlowRider in costume, competing for prizes awarded to first, second, and third place.
Duck Race | 4 PM | Registration Open 10 AM–3:30 PM
The first 500 guests can claim a duck and cheer it downstream through the Big River as competitors race for prizes.
Hidden Treasures | All Day
Hidden throughout the waterpark, prizes include arcade cards, Move Up gift cards, Waterpark tickets, and other surprises.

As the day winds down, guests can continue the celebration at the season's first late-night Eleven Patio event, extending the summer-solstice festivities well into the evening.
The Warm Up also launches the summer season for Home Break, a new Sunday program at The Pump House Indoor Waterpark featuring Vermont and Quebec resident pricing, free FlowRider instruction, specialty drinks, a $5 arcade card, retail discounts, weekly giveaways, and a beach-inspired atmosphere. Running Sundays through November 8, Home Break brings local surf energy indoors regardless of the forecast.
