Beer, Coffee and Goats Highlight Jay Peak's 17th Annual Bean & Brew Festival
JAY PEAK, Vt. – Sept 08, 2026 – Jay Peak Resort will host the 17th Annual Bean & Brew Festival, sponsored by Speeder & Earl’s Coffee, on Saturday, October 17, bringing together breweries, cider makers and coffee roasters from across New England for an afternoon of tastings, live music and seasonal activities at the Stateside Base Lodge.
The festival runs from Noon to 6 p.m. and features unlimited access to vendor exhibits, with admission including a commemorative tasting glass and ten (10) 4 oz. sampling tickets. Live music will run throughout the afternoon, with Colleen Mari and Medicine Tribe performing from Noon to 3 p.m., followed by the Lara Cwass Band from 3 to 6 p.m.
"Bean & Brew has become one of our signature fall events because it showcases so many outstanding producers from around New England in one place," said Ted Fleischer, Events Manager at Jay Peak Resort. "It's an opportunity for guests to sample regional craft beverages, meet the people behind them and spend an afternoon enjoying the mountain during one of Vermont's quieter seasons."
Speeder & Earl’s Coffee returns to Bean & Brew this year as the festival’s presenting sponsor, joining a 2026 coffee roster that includes Vermont Artisan Coffee, Movement Coffee Roasters, Jenna's Promise and Kestrel Coffee, with additional beverage vendors and partners joining the festival lineup.
The festival coincides with several additional resort activities throughout the weekend. Overnight packages begin at $199 and include festival admission, lodging and breakfast for two. Food programming starts Friday, October 16, with Howie's Brew Fest Dinner from 6 to 9 p.m., a $28-per-person German-style buffet featuring dishes including bratwurst, pork schnitzel, sauerbraten, warm German-style potato salad and Black Forest cake, with featured craft cans on special throughout the night. Stateside Cafeteria will keep the festival theme going all weekend with its Festival Fuel menu.
Guests can also visit the Gear Shop Sale on Saturday, October 17, from Noon to 6 p.m. at The Gear Shop at Stateside. The sale will feature select helmets, goggles, jackets, pants, skis and snowboards from brands including Burton, Spy, Smith, Helly Hansen, Arbor, Flylow, Marker, Volkl, Dalbello, Elan, Fischer and more.
Jay Peak's award-winning “Chew Crew” goats will make a special appearance during the festival, offering guests an exclusive opportunity this season to meet the animals that help maintain the resort's ski trails through managed grazing. Earlier this year, the program received the 2026 National Ski Areas Association Golden Eagle Award for environmental stewardship and innovation.
The Bean & Brew Festival is open to guests 21 years of age and older. Admission is restricted to attendees 21 and over, and the event is not dog-friendly or kid-friendly.
