The KGA (EAP) is a CONFIDENTIAL, FREE, and EASY TO USE counseling and referral service available to all employees and their eligible household members. The program is designed to help those experiencing a wide range of personal or work difficulties which may interfere with personal health, family relationships, or job performance.

There is no charge for using the EAP; Jay Peak has already covered the fees. However, expenses may result from additional help recommended by the EAP counselor. Your health insurance plan may provide coverage and your counselor will help you determine potential costs.
If you find yourself experiencing difficulties that may interfere with your ability to work or function effectively either at work or at home help is a phone call away.
All records are maintained by KGA EAP. Your conversations with an EAP counselor are confidential and won't be released to anyone, including your employer, without your written consent.
All employees are their immediate household members are eligible to use the program.

*If a participant wishes to retain legal representation, KGA will refer participant to an attorney who may provide services at a 25% percent discount. This is not a guarantee of the least expensive attorney. Should the participant retain an attorney through a KGA referral, they are doing so outside the EAP services provided through the employer and participant is responsible for all fees and costs associated with legal services.
