The Jay Peak Legacy Project

Jay Peak is shaped by the people who’ve spent years calling it home and work, office and playground, day-off and day-on. The line between employee and something more has always been a little blurry—by design, and to our benefit. The Legacy Project honors that kind of long-term dedication, recognizing team members in five-year milestones after each milestone year is completed. It’s a quiet pause to acknowledge the time, care, and consistency that help define this place.

5 YEAR HONOREES

Honorees celebrating 5 years of service receive a Legacy Project Certificate with their name, and a customized, commemorative Yeti mug.

10+ YEAR HONOREES

Honorees celebrating 10+ years of service milestones receive an array of gifts outlined below.

    • Depending on tier, your card may include a list of daily benefits and admissions, renewed on an annual basis including tram passes, day lift passes, Pump House admissions, golf rounds and more.
