Jay Peak's One Town celebration recognizes the people of the Northeast Kingdom who dedicate their time, skills, and passion to making our communities better places to live. Whether as volunteers, not-for-profit leaders, or employees of key local businesses, these folks do more than any paycheck could reflect. Fueled by empathy and a deep-rooted desire to help, they bring an energy that drives us all forward. And even though acknowledgment is the last thing they expect, it’s exactly what we intend to give.

These folks make our small communities better by virtue of what they do and who they are and we thought that acknowledging that, and spending a night celebrating them, is not only the right thing to do, but may engender more folks to step forward and match their energy and passion and continue raising the bar in these communities that mean so much to all of us.”

The winners, a nominated guest from our communities, and their nominator will be invited to the 2nd annual celebratory gala and presentation at Jay Peak Resort on Tuesday, October 7th, 2025. Designed to give back a little to those who offer up so much, the event will include dinner, free lodging for winners and nominators for the evening in our Hotel Jay, gifts, prizes, and most importantly an opportunity to recognize the people who contribute to the health of our local communities the most.
