As part of our continued efforts to grow and overhaul our employee benefits plan, the construction for a new 12-plex of mountain cottages on Stateside will be dedicated to housing employees who need it. 

“The single most important thing we can be focused on here is attracting and retaining talented employees,” said Steve Wright, Jay Peak’s General Manager. “Offering up housing, for those that need it, is a major step in that direction.”

Just down the road, major renovations to the neighboring Inglenook Lodge will expand its capacity to accommodate 78 team members. When both projects open for the winter season, the resort will be able to offer housing to close to 150 employees.
