Pack the cooler and break out the lawn chairs; our annual Tailgate party and cook-off is always a big to-do here come spring. Chow down (at the party) and get down (to the beats of a DJ and tunes from the Shady Trees).
Like previous years, we’ll have a designated section of the Stateside Parking Lot for all you Tailgaters, with a contest for best dish, best presentation, best dessert, and overall Tailgate champs. You'll be judged by our esteemed panel of food experts. Be nice to the judges, as they have the prize power.
*** You must be parked in the judging area (it's clearly marked) in order to be judged- spaces are awarded on a first come first serve basis and may not be claimed prior to Saturday morning at 9a without being disqualified***
- Tailgating: All-Day in Stateside Parking Lot
- DJ Ras1 will be spinning vinyl reggae sets outside from noon - 4p (as long as the weather cooperates)
- Judging for tailgate cook-off: 2p - 3p
- Après Party from 4p - 7p at the Bullwheel Bar (top-level of the Stateside Day Lodge) with live music from The Shady Trees. We’ll announce Tailgate winners at 4p just before the FREE LIVE MUSIC.
