Brew Fest Dinner
Burlington Beer Company and Jay Peak are offering a one-night-only, Oktoberfest-style Brew Fest Dinner, the night before the 15th Annual Bean & Brew Festival on October 12th.
Chefs will prepare a curated 5-course meal at Howie's Diner, pairing dishes with beers from Burlington Beer Company. Each course comes uniquely paired with an 8-ounce pour.
- Dinner starts at 6p sharp, and guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes early.
- This dinner will last a minimum of 2 hours.

Smoked Trout Dip
Served with Toasted Baguettes and Cucumber Slices.
- Paired with Lighthouse - Pilsner - 5% ABV
2nd Course
Foie Gras Bratwurst
Served in a Pretzel Roll and topped with Dijon Mustard, Nettle Kraut and Shaved Radishes. Accompanied with Greens tossed in a Lemon Vinaigrette.
- Paired with Good Company - Festbier - 5.5% ABV
3rd Course
Hungarian Goulash
Pork Stew made with Kraut, Onions, Tomato, Paprika and Marjoram. Served over Fresh Spaetzle and garnished with Sour Cream and Parsley.
- Paired with Little Wizard - New England IPA - 6% ABV
4th Course
Chicken Schnitzel
Breaded Chicken Thigh topped with Capers, Roasted Red Peppers, Anchovies, Fried Egg and Parsley. Served with Mashed Potatoes.
- Paired with Glacier Palace - Cold IPA - 6.2% ABV

Apple Blossom
Apple Crisp stuffed in a Flaky Pastry served with Vanilla Ice Cream and Caramel Drizzle.
- Paired with Pumpkin Spice Mocaccino - Pumpkin Spice Latte Blonde Stout w/ Coffee, Chocolate, Vanilla, Pumpkin, Milk Sugar, and Spice - 7% ABV
