Where: Admin Parking Lot

Serving: 3 tacos per person, with a choice of:

• Grilled Chicken, Chipotle Crema & Pickled Onions
• Hatch Chile Pork & Salsa Verde w/ Citrus Slaw
• Mexican Chorizo
• Vegetarian: Black Bean, Plantain, & Salsa Roja

Chips & Drinks will be provided by our F&B team.
