Jay Peak Resort is proud to partner with She Jumps and Kingdom East After School Program (KEAP) to present the Jr Patrol Camp, a one-of-a-kind event where young ski enthusiasts can learn the essentials of ski patrol operations in a fun, educational setting. This camp offers a glimpse into the skills, safety protocols, and teamwork required on the mountain, providing an unforgettable experience for future leaders of the ski patrol.

Camp Stations

Participants will rotate through four key stations designed to cover the core aspects of ski patrol work:

• First Aid:
  Learn the basics of mountain first aid and emergency response techniques.
• Toboggans:
  Experience controlled toboggan runs to understand rapid evacuation procedures.
• Search and Rescue:
  Practice essential search and rescue techniques in simulated scenarios.
• Rappelling:
  Get hands-on training in rappelling techniques for accessing challenging terrain.
