EverClean Program Protocols:

  • Per the State of Vermont’s 12/22 filing on low contact outdoor winter sports, we can once again host on-mountain events. Things like ski & snowboard competitions and practices, etc. Groups are currently limited to 25 participants, although we can have multiple groups of 25 if they do not intermingle.

  • What this means from an events perspective is that we can offer some of our favorite on-mountain offerings while adhering to the State’s operating guidance. Registration for our events will be 100% online ahead of time. THERE WILL BE NO DAY OF REGISTRATION THIS SEASON. Heat times by age and discipline will also be used, where applicable, to ensure that group sizes stay within safe parameters. Masks will be required in all areas, like in our lift load/unload areas and in all areas of the event venue, like at the start, on course, and at the finish.

  • Awards ceremonies will be done either virtually or per age/discipline group to ensure no crowding.

  • Facial coverings are required to be worn by all players, coaches, spectators, and staff, at all times. Competitors, coaches, and spectators who fail to comply with state-mandated masking requirements will be disqualified from competition for the rest of the season and could lose their skiing & riding access.

  • Teams should structure team meetings, if an absolute must, OUTDOORS ONLY, and to limit congregation and ensure physical distancing between players. NO INDOOR TEAM MEETINGS THIS SEASON.

  • Spectators, where applicable, will be allowed on-mountain, but spectators must remain masked and socially distant from fellow onlookers.

  •  Discourage unnecessary physical contact, such as high fives, handshakes, fist bumps, or hugs.

  •  Equipment and other supplies touched by participants will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected regularly.

  •  Equipment, such as skis, poles, goggles, helmets, etc. cannot be shared.

  •  No spitting or expulsion of bodily fluids of any sort. Gross.
