The menu includes Lump Crab Bisque, Butter Poached Lobster Tail, and Filet Mignon Seared in Duck Fat with Foie Gras. Each course is paired with wines from Chateau Smith and Meiomi with Constellation Brands. There will be only one seating at 6pm for 60 people.
