The Village Condominiums and Townhouses exemplify affordable ski-in/ski-out luxury. These units range from 2 bedrooms to 5 bedroom condominiums and townhouses with larger units with multiple living areas that are perfect for multiple family vacations. Some of the larger units offer two kitchens; please inquire when booking for this option. All units are stylishly appointed, have their own equipment lockers for easy ski/board storage, and are located on either the Grammy Jay or Raccoon Run trails. Please note, these units do not have air conditioning.

Canadian guests, with valid proof of current residency, can pay up to half their lodging stay at par. A 50% deposit will charge to your credit card when you reserve and you can pay the remaining 50% At Par at check-in by money order or certified check (cash is not accepted and all credit cards are processed in US funds). All Jay Peak Vacations include lift tickets and/or waterpark access (depending on which package you choose). Admissions are valid the day following check-in.
Guests staying 2 nights or more can add Day of Arrival lift tickets and/or waterpark access (based on the original package you book) at deeply discounted rates - $25+tx for waterpark passes or $35+tx for lift tickets.
