The Timberline Condominiums are among the newest lodging options on property. The buildings include units ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms, all including full kitchens and 1 bathroom for each bedroom in the unit. Larger 3 bedroom units include 2 levels with a second living area on the lower level. Full kitchen with granite countertops, full bathroom(s), stackable washer and dryer, and a flat-screen TV. Please note, these units do not have air conditioning.

Canadian guests, with valid proof of current residency, can pay up to half their lodging stay at par. A 50% deposit will charge to your credit card when you reserve and you can pay the remaining 50% At Par at check-in by money order or certified check (cash is not accepted and all credit cards are processed in US funds). All Jay Peak Vacations include lift tickets and/or waterpark access (depending on which package you choose). Admissions are valid the day following check-in.
Guests staying 2 nights or more can add Day of Arrival lift tickets and/or waterpark access (based on the original package you book) at deeply discounted rates - $25+tx for waterpark passes or $35+tx for lift tickets.
