Jay Peak is thrilled to offer modern, community-style temporary housing to a limited number of approved full-time employees. Employee residents will gain access to their work and play all within walking distance of their front door.

Units can accommodate up to 4 people. If you would like to room with anyone specific, please include their name(s) on your application. Both parties must be full-time employees at Jay Peak Resort.
Monthly rental costs range from $450-$550 depending on the property. You will have to pay a security deposit equal to one month’s rent plus your first months’ rent prior to moving in. Assuming the unit passes inspection at the end of your lease, your security deposit will be returned to you within 14 days.

Parking space is very limited at the resort. As such, residents may be required to park at the Inglenook Lodge located ¼ mile from Jay Peak. There will be shuttle service between the resort and the Inglenook Lodge for your convenience. There are a limited number of on-site parking spaces available for an additional $100 per month.
While our limited space means we sadly can't accommodate everyone, we do work with area realtors and individual property owners to identify other affordable housing opportunities near the resort and can make referrals when available. In the event that we're unable to offer you a spot in housing this season, our Housing Coordinator can provide you with additional resources to aide in your housing search.
