Our number one priority is and always will be the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, guests, and surrounding communities. Given the new and ever evolving situation we find ourselves in, we have some new procedures to follow:
EMPLOYEE HEALTH & WELLNESS AGREEMENT
- This agreement needs to be completed at onboarding. You can access it easily online, HERE
- The Health & Wellness agreement references the VOSHA required COVID19 Health and Safety Training which you can access easily, HERE

DISCOUNTS & BENEFITS
As an employee here at Jay Peak, you have access to a number of deals and discounts here at the resort, with local businesses, and industry partners. In this section you'll also find details about employee benefits including retirement savings programs and health, vision and dental insurance.
Our team works hard. Really hard. And we like to make sure we use as many different ways to acknowledge your hard-work as we can. We have an internal Employee Recognition Program, we share Guestimonials (our own made up word for the wonderful things our guests have to say about all of you), and when we can, we try to share employee stories whether its in video or print format.
As we continue pushing to improve our guest and employee experiences, your ideas and insights are key. You may hear compliments or complaints from guests and likely have suggestions of your own you want to share. And so we’re introducing Thought Box – your tool to send us all the comments (good and not-so-good), ideas, and suggestions. This feedback loop came by way of a suggestion from Josh Jaques in Valet, so even at its inception, it's already a success. Emails will be delivered, in real time, to Steve and the HR Team for review. Thanks for sharing - your perspective makes all the difference in helping us grow together.
