PAYCOM
As of 06/12/2026, our payroll company for the resort has changed to PAYCOM.
As was previously with ADP, the new PAYCOM system brings payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, time-off requests, employee records, and HR functions together in one system, providing employees and managers with easier access to information and self-service tools.

HOW TO REGISTER
To get started with your new PAYCOM ACCOUNT:
- Email hr@jaypeakresort.com to request a username and password to be sent to your email
- Go to https://paycom.com, hover over the 'Login' button in the menu and then select 'Employee'
- Enter your unique username and password that you received. You will be prompted to change your password and set up security questions
- Once logged in, look through all of your information in Paycom checking for accuracy.
Personal Information
To verify your Personal Information...
- Click the 'Information' tab in the top navigation
- Select 'Address and Contact Information'
- Here you can view the information that we have on file for you. If you need to edit, click the pencil icons
- Check that your Name, Address, Phone Number and Emergency Contacts are correct
- In the same 'Information' tab, check the info in the HR and EEO Information is correct
- You can add a photo to your profile, if desired, under 'Information' > 'Employee Photo
Direct Deposit
To access your Direct Deposit...
- Click the 'Payroll' tab in the top navigation
- Select 'Direct Deposit'
- Here you can view any Direct Deposit you have currently set up
- To add a Direct Deposit account, click "Add Account". You will need to enter your account and routing numbers.
- To edit a Direct Deposit account, click "Edit"
TIME CARDS
To access your Timecards...
- Click the 'Time Management' tab in the top navigation
- Click 'Web Time Sheet Read Only' tab
- If you want to request a punch change, click the 'Time Management Tab', then 'Punch Change Request'
Check Stubs
To access your Check Stubs...
- Click the 'Payroll' tab in the top navigation
- Click 'View Paystubs'
- Here you can view all paystubs issued in the Paycom system
Note: If you are in need of a check stub from before our switch to Paycom, you may use your previous ADP portal or email hr@jaypeakresort.com for assistance.
NEED HELP?
Need help navigating Paycom?
- Click on the "I Want" icon on the top right of your screen. Here you can type a command or question to the built in AI feature like "Request time off" or "What is my PTO balance?"
- Click 'Ask Here' in the top navigation, then select 'New Message'. Here you can ask questions that will be submitted right to your HR department to be answered
- Send an email to HR at hr@jaypeakresort.com and we will respond as quickly as possible to any questions
