Bourbon Dinner

A spirited tribute to fall, featuring Vermont-made bourbon and a five-course culinary journey.

Smugglers’ Notch Distillery and Jay Peak are partnering for a special one-night-only Bourbon Dinner at Alice’s Table, the evening before our inaugural Decanted: A tasting event for kindred spirits, on Saturday, November 1st.

Chefs at Alice’s Table will present a thoughtfully crafted 5-course meal, each dish paired with a bourbon-based cocktail made using Smugglers’ Notch Distillery Straight Bourbon Whiskey. The evening’s lineup includes seafood purses with bourbon peach smash, butternut squash soup with smoked old fashioned, bibb salad with a mint julep, beef Wellington with a neat pour over an ice block, and a flourless chocolate torte with a chocolate Manhattan.

  • Dinner begins at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, October 31st, 2025.
  • Guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes early.
  • Plan for at least two hours of food, beer, and conversation.

  • Tickets: $125 per person (+tax & gratuity)

The Decanted tasting event follows the next day, Saturday, November 1st, from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. in the Foeger Ballroom.
