SEASON PASS RENEWALS BEGIN
Starting TODAY 10/28, staff will be able to renew their staff season pass for the 2021/22 season. Current 2020/21 staff passes will expire 11/15/2021. Please remember that in order to renew or receive a new season pass the attached pass form must be signed off by your manager/supervisor. Customer Service will not be able to accept any forms without this approval.
Tramside Customer Service will be open today10/28 and Friday 10/29 from 9am to 3pm. Starting in November, CS hours will move to Wednesday-Saturday 9am to 3pm until the resort fully opens for the season and regular hours resume. Please plan ahead. Employee passes will not be processed on opening day/weekend so be sure to get in to see CS as soon as you can.
Customer Service has application forms if you are unable to print.
