Employee Recognition

Directors and managers can provide "on-the-spot" recognition for exemplary work by nominating employees for a $15 Move Up card and Raised Jay pin.

DETAILS

• Directors and managers submit their nomination to hr@jaypeakresort.com
• HR will create the pin and Move Up card package to be distributed to the employee
• Please don't be shy with these nominations. The success of this part of the recognition program relies on frequent "on-the-spot" nominations.

Each month we'll recognize an Employee of the Month at the monthly staff meeting.

DETAILS

• Nominations can be submitted in person, by email to hr@jaypeakresort.com, or with the online form. To nominate online, click here.
• One winner will be chosen each month, and both the finalists and the winner will be acknowledged at the monthly staff meeting.
• The winner will receive a package of resort prizes including things like:
  • One-night Splash & Stay Package
  • Dinner for 2 at one of the Jay Peak restaurants
  • $250 Move Up Card
• All nominees who are not selected as winner will receive a $50 Move Up card as well.

Each spring (usually in May) we'll host a gala event to recognize a group of stellar employees who have shown themselves to be exceptional team members across the previous year.

• Any team member can be nominated by their peers, managers or directors.
• Nominations can be submitted in person, by email to hr@jaypeakresort.com, or with the online form. To nominate online, click here.
• Winning employees and a guest will be invited to a gala dinner including major prizes that will be awarded at the event.
